Only items that are deemed to be defective may be returned for replacement only. Replacement mean by the same make and model of product. Deviation from this may incur a 20% fee.
Returns will be accepted upto 30 days after sale. After this time
all products must be
referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some
manufacturers may have stricter return policies.) Please refer to the
applicable catalog product page for details if stricter policies apply.
Please allow 7 working days for returns processing.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Product
returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense. Email our support team to obtain an RMA or RA number. Please include the following information in the email.

Outline Of The Problem
Defective products are
returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from
this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective product must be
in original factory carton with all original packing materials All miscellaneous
materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any
of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
The Return Authorization
number must be on the shipping label and outside carton, NOT the manufacturers carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE
ON THE MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an
inspection fee of at least $25 will be levied.
ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN POLICIES WILL RESULT
IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO CREDIT ISSUED.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please write the Return Authorisation number ( also known as an RMA# or RA# ) on the outside of the shipping box and also the shipping label, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
2. Products must be returned complete with original parts and
documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject
to manufacturer's warranty.
3. Returns MUST be double boxed and MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
4. Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price
may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer’s
box/packing.
5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the
customer and double boxed with the RMA# or RA# displayed on the outside of the
shipping box and shipping label along with the number of boxes shipped back.
6. Defective items may be returned for replacement only.
7. RMA# or RA# numbers are valid for 14 Days. This RMA or RA number will automatically delete from our system after the 14 days.
8. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return.
Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not
approved for return.
